I'm Kelley Shaw — daughter, mom, Lowcountry local, and someone who has walked the emotional path of helping aging parents navigate life transitions. Rooted Transitions was born from my own family’s journey. I believe every senior deserves a gentle, dignified experience — not a rushed cleanout or a one-size-fits-all solution.
